3) SHX Elastomeric Polymer Coating: thanks to its elastic properties, it effectively protects the cable from wear and maintains adhesion between the metal components of the wire even in harsh conditions.

4) Tapered Shape Beads: the tapered shape reduces the contact area between the diamond grains and the cutting material, concentrating pressure on the surface and improving cutting efficiency. It also enables progressive use of the diamonds, creating a multi-layer effect that extends tool life.

It is designed to cut with efficiency even at low peripheral speed, reducing mechanical stress and ensuring a longer life even in the most severe conditions.
An innovative technical aspect is about the special double cone shape beads. Not only does the double cone shape increases the adaptability to the cut, but also, it increases its cutting speed. The diamonds are checked by technicians during the selection stage since we use only top-quality diamonds.
ASSEMBLY: Due to the assembly with 27 BPM (beads per meter), and a 4.9mm steel rope with 61 wires, our BCO diamond wire has a resistant static tension, and it can easily adapt to any cutting condition.
